...ignore it. Don't reply to the person who sent it. Some people who have been watching my account for a while might remember that there was this guy, xHe4dSpl1tt3rx, who got his undies in a knot because my sister was doing some illustration work for him...a business arrangement, I'll emphasize...and he wanted to take it from a business to a SUPER personal relationship. When she didn't want to reciprocate (like I said, this was STRICTLY business and no inference was made that she wanted ANY sort of relationship with him), he got mad, started sending some nasty messages, called some ugly names, and tried recruiting people against her, including me. (Like i would side with him? Seriously?) He stomped around a while, made some disparaging remarks about women using him for money (he asked for commissions...he seemed to forget that part), and then everything subsided.
That was a couple of years ago. Well, recently he's started up again. He's been harassing us over on KR and looks like he's either recruited some buddies or he's made some extra accounts (probably extra accounts) so he can continue bothering us. I don't know if he copied my friends list (I disabled it, surprised I didn't do that sooner) but if he did, and you get any kind of message from him, just ignore it. He's a sad person who can't keep any friends because of his volatile behavior, and when someone invariably makes a misstep, he does his best to publicly slander them and try to force them into submission. One of our friends of here on DA unfortunately also did some work for him (as far as I know, it was also business like Cal's was) and apparently he posted a very ugly public journal bashing her a few months back, trying to tear her down at a very bad point in her life when she REALLY didn't need or deserve it.
Not. Cool. At all.
If you're inclined to pray, he needs a lot of prayer. I know there's a lot of reasons he could be like this, and many circumstances in his past of which I may not be aware, but there's never an excuse to enter full blown hate mode and post profanity-laden journals as revenge when people don't behave the way you hope or expect.

(having huge issues with DA tonight so sorry if you all get this multiple times...)
So. You know that story about paved roads and good intentions and so on? Yeah. That one.
At the beginning of this week, I'd had this idea to do something really lovely for
's birthday because it's not like I didn't have plenty of potential inspiration. Something like <da:thumb id="584177196"/>. You know, that kind of thing. Glorious and epic and probably involving one of her handsome male characters... Then, suddenly, it's the afternoon of her birthday and I realized I thought her birthday was tomorrow and then I realized it didn't matter because I still hadn't started.
Where does the time go? Wow. It all happened so quickly. So, I had to change my plans up a bit.
So, having said all that, I realize that some of you have never had the opportunity to meet Catluckey. I recently had the privilege of making her acquaintance when I started posting SB, and in the short time I've known her, though we haven’t talked as much as I’d like, I've found her to be an incredibly warm, caring and encouraging person. The kind of person you can always count on to
your work...even the pieces you feel unsure about...and leave such glowing, positive comments that you can’t help but feel better about being an artist in general. The kind of person who actually reads and takes in your projects instead of just skimming and saying “yeah, it’s all right.” So, because I’d like to give back a little more than I've been able to in the past, I’d like to feature some random works and encourage my watchers to go visit her gallery and also wish her a happy birthday while you’re there.

How long have you been on DeviantArt?
A little over a year. Because I put it off for the ten years before that. XD
What does your username mean?
It's an alternate spelling of an OC's name. (I don't even know why XD)
Describe yourself in three words.
Um. Shy, busy and...moody, I guess. (I have no idea XD)
Are you left or right handed?
Right handed.
What was your first deviation?
Yup. I'm surprised, actually. I thought there were some before this one. Someday I should fix those tacky gradients but oh well, right? XD
What is your favourite type of art to create?
Sorta manga-style. Kinda.
If you could instantly master a different art style, what would it be?
Um. Something more realistic, for sure. But I can't think of anything specific. I'd also love to be able to paint concept-style environments but at this point my best effort is a stab at matte painting. XD
What was your first favourite?
But I don't favorite much. =_=
What type of art do you tend to favourite the most?
Um. Well. *Looks at favorites* That's kinda mixed up now, isn't it. o.o I guess it's a tossup between fanart, generic anime/manga, and environment stuffs...
Who is your all-time favourite deviant artist?
This is just an impossible question for me to answer. I follow a lot of artists and I've learned so much from so many of them. Since I have such broad taste in artwork (see last question) I have favorites in each genre, but there's so much fantastic work out there that I just couldn't say.
If you could meet anyone on DeviantArt in person, who would it be?
Um. I don't know. I don't really know a lot of people here. .__. (I'm bad at the whole friend thing. Really. I never know what to say.)
How has a fellow deviant impacted your life?
Mostly by inspiration. Most of them will never know the effect they had on my art, though I can't say that many of them affected areas of my life outside of art.
What are your preferred tools to create art?
My computer/tablet/Manga Studio. I do like copics, but I'm bad at them.
What is the most inspirational place for you to create art?
I don't tend to feel like I need to be in a certain place to be inspired. Usually, if inspiration strikes in a big way, it's always in an oddball place. Like taking a shower. Or shopping in a grocery store. Or generally any place I'm not looking for inspiration; then it hits me. XD
What is your favourite DeviantArt memory?
Um...
...anytime someone leaves a nice comment or faves or watches...(I'm so sad. lol) But really, it always makes me so happy to know that someone enjoys my art and it always makes my day when someone does give some kind of positive feedback.
